Well, the site I have been developing for the past few months is finally (99%) finished!
Of course I had the usual white label hiccups, such as very very very invalid code on their side, and also code that was written a helluva long time ago to satisfy ie5, AND I have no access to the code either sigh, so I’ve done my best re:the box model issue, now thankfully resolved, the width was 20px out in Firefox, but ok in IE, it’s been so long since I had to deal with box model issues I forgot the easiest solution, the old don’t put any padding on the container and put the padding on an extra inside div trick!
At least the rest of the site, which I control is perfect, and the site as a whole is easy to use, straightforward, and peaceful (as opposed to a lot of travel sites that are fans of animated gifs and the like)
Our launch coincided with a Ryanair statement that they are not happy with this type of flight booking web site , maybe because it shows some cheaper flights for certain destinations (depending on dates etc) than the alleged lowest fare airline Ryanair (don’t sue me please!) but enough rambling from me, check out: Flights4me.ie
